Job Summary
Dr. Zarqa’s Clinic is a premium dermatology and aesthetic clinic in Lahore, looking for a professional, presentable, and confident Receptionist / Front Desk Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Handling front desk operations smoothly
- Answering phone calls and client queries
- Managing appointment bookings and follow-ups
- Coordinating with doctors, procedure staff, and management
- Maintaining client records and basic computer-based data entry
- Ensuring a premium client experience from arrival to exit
- Supporting clinic operations where required
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Graduation
- Good spoken English
- Must be presentable, confident, and well-groomed
- Age requirement: Up to 35 years
- Basic computer literacy required
- Previous experience in reception, front desk, clinic, salon, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Punctual, responsible, able to work in a professional clinic environment
