Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Senior Doctor (MBBS/MD) to lead a holistic care and patient counseling program, focusing on chronic conditions such as blood pressure, diabetes, and lifestyle management for U.S. patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient counseling: Guide members/patients on chronic conditions, treatment adherence, and lifestyle changes
- Monthly follow-up calls: Conduct structured telephonic check-ins with U.S. members/patients
- Holistic care support: Integrate medical, emotional, and lifestyle aspects into patient management
- Review notes & visits: Examine recent visit records and clinical notes in CureMD EHR before each call
- Outreach enrollment: Identify eligible members/patients from recent visits and enroll into monthly follow-up program
- Google Sheets reporting: Maintain structured logs of calls, follow-up schedules, and lifestyle metrics
- Gift coordination: Collaborate with accounting team to send nominal gifts to patients
- Site visit scheduling: Arrange in-person visits at CPA CLINICS when comprehensive treatment is required
- Prescription renewals: Coordinate with U.S. doctors for medication refills and renewals
- Compliance & confidentiality: Maintain HIPAA-like confidentiality standards
- Team leadership: Supervise counseling staff, assign outreach tasks, and ensure quality standards
- Training & mentoring: Coach junior doctors and counselors in patient communication and documentation
Requirements
- Medical degree (MBBS/MD)
- Minimum 4 years of clinical experience including at least 2 years working with U.S. patients/clients
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong English communication skills with clear pronunciation for U.S. patients
- Proficiency in EHR for documentation and care coordination
- Proficiency in Google Sheets for structured reporting
- Willingness to work night shift (6 PM – 5 AM, Monday-Friday)
